The Testing Laboratory

Tascon GmbH is a test laboratory accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 (new version of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2005) for tests, analyzes and questions relating to surface analysis, micro-range analysis and Nanoanalytics. The quality management system thus also fulfills the requirements of certification according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015.

Our testing laboratory offers a variety of techniques

Tascon offers a variety of analysis techniques and test methods for surface analysis. There is flexible accreditation in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 for the test procedures of ToF-SIMS Analytics, XPS Analytics and Optical Profilometry. The accreditation applies to the analysis procedures in accordance with the annex to the accreditation certificate.

In the areas of ToF-SIMS and XPS analyses, the accreditation allows Tascon to adapt the methods at short notice to meet the customer‘s requirements or to develop new tests and analytical methods. These new tests and analytical methods can be validated and immediately put into effect as part of the flexible accreditation DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 accreditation (development of accredited work instructions (SOPs)). For optical profilometry, which is also subject to accreditation according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018, Tascon, as an accredited test laboratory, can put a new version of the standard DIN EN ISO 4287 2010-07 directly into effect as a procedural basis, without first having to wait for another audit by the DAkkS.

• The flexible accreditation according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 reflects the high competence of the test laboratory and its employees for surface analysis. Regardless of whether this involves fault analysis, damage analysis, analysis in development projects, thin-film analysis, material analysis, solid-state analysis, analysis of layers near the surface, analysis of catalysts, spectrometry, imaging nanoanalysis or depth profiling.
• We also offer analysis methods and test methods for other techniques and methods for surface analysis in our own analysis laboratory or in cooperation with accredited partner laboratories. As an accredited test laboratory, we also make sure that our own quality requirements for test methods in surface analysis are met. The quality check is also ensured by the quality management system audited by the DAkkS.
• The quality management system, which was audited and checked as part of the accreditation according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025, corresponds to the requirements of a certification according to ISO 9001: 2015 and places high demands on the selection and evaluation of suppliers and partner laboratories. Accreditation in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2018 and corresponding certification in accordance with DIN ISO 9001: 2015 gives the customer the security of always getting the highest, independently tested and reliable.
